Sr. Marketing Communications Executive

Responsibilities:
Developing and executing marketing communications program in ATL, BTL & Online media to promote the customer awareness
Responsible on delivery Marketing Communications collateral on time
Tracking & reporting marketing communications monthly expenses
Develop marketing communications media effectiveness report & competitor’s campaign every month
In-charge for Online media campaign (website, newsletter, social media update)
Requirements:
Female, preferred age 26-30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field at retail industry is required for this position.

Visual Merchandise Support

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Visual Merchandise administration (production material process for theme purpose) and documents filing (Purchase Request, Purchase Order)
Controlling the prove-print and material specifications
Supporting in material theme delivery to all stores
Responsible in making Visual Merchandise monthly expense report
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Responsible in driving customer loyalty among Centro’s customers through Loyalty & Retention Programs
Develop and execute campaigns and promotions to increase retention and member enrollment in the Loyalty Program and work with marketing team members to execute across various channels
Develop success metrics, analyze results and report findings of acquisition and engagement campaigns
Dealing with merchant/3rd party for partnerships program

Sr. Customer Loyalty & Partnerships Executive

Responsibilities:
To plan, propose and implement CRM Program through program activity which is integrated with Marketing Strategy and Market Expectation and to be able to foresee the Market Development/Growth in order to achieving company’s goal which are Customer Retention and Customer Acquisition.
To formulate, plan and propose Yearly CRM Budget. Will be responsible in managing & controlling the effectiveness of Promotion Program to be in-line with market expectation and the advantage of budget spending, in order to achieving Direct Brand Contribution.
As an Innovator who formulate, plan, propose and implement priority CRM program. And to ensure that Loyal Customers receive a first-hand service which is in-line with market development/growth.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having good communication skill
Fluent in English both oral and written
